Intelliforce-ITSG is a family-friendly company that is committed to providing a first-class benefits package to all employees and eligible dependents.  The following is a general description of the benefits offered to eligible employees.

Salary & Additional Hourly Pay

Intelliforce-ITSG  pays our employees for every hour worked, including all approved billable overtime hours (hours worked over the standard for any pay period).

Retirement/401K

Intelliforce-ITSG offers a generous contribution to your retirement plan.  Intelliforce-ITSG’s 401K retirement plan consists of a generous employer contribution that is immediately vested. Employees can voluntarily contribute a portion of their salary pre-tax, post tax, or a combination thereof, to the retirement plan pursuant to IRS regulations.   Our employees are encouraged to contribute on a voluntary basis, however even if you choose to make no voluntary contributions to the 401K plan, you will receive the employer contribution beginning on the first pay period following your 3-month anniversary.

Employee Profit Sharing Bonus

Intelliforce-ITSG rewards the hard work of its employees by sharing company profits at the end of the year.  Upon meeting company goals each year, the company shall distribute a profit sharing bonus to every eligible employee.

Employee Referral Bonus Program

Intelliforce-ITSG rewards employees for referring highly qualified candidates, who are subsequently hired.  Employees who refer a fully cleared candidate that is hired as a full-time employee will receive a referral bonus.  An additional bonus follows each anniversary date that both employees are employed by the firm.

Training & Professional Development

  • Intelliforce-ITSG works with employees during the first month of employment and at the beginning of each year to create a customized professional development plan for the year.
  • Intelliforce -ITSG encourages employees to continue their education by offering a yearly allowance for job-related college courses and professional training, such as conferences, seminars, on-line training, etc.
  • As defined in an employee’s professional development plan, a portion of these funds may be applied to professional memberships, software, peripherals, books, etc. for use in the support of their professional development.)
  • After ninety days of employment and every three years thereafter, each employee will be offered an amount toward the purchase of a computer or laptop.
  • Paid time off is offered to pursue training and professional development.

Certification Bonus Program

Intelliforce -ITSG rewards any employee who becomes certified in an approved technology.  Upon passing an approved certification exam, Intelliforce -ITSG will reimburse the employee for the exam fee(s) and reward the passing grade with a bonus.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Intelliforce-ITSG values an employee’s time away from work to spend time with their family, take vacations, and attend to personal matters.  Our compensation packages are based on the work-life balance chosen by each individual employee and we offer paid time off to be used for vacation, sick and personal time.

Holidays and Floating Holidays

Intelliforce-ITSG employees receive paid holidays annually.  For maximum flexibility, there are fixed holidays and floating holidays earned per calendar year.

Birthdays Off!

Intelliforce-ITSG hopes to make every employee’s birthday special every year by giving them the day off with pay.  (In fact, if their birthday falls in the middle of the week, they can take that Monday or Friday off in order to have a long weekend, as long as they observe their birthday in the same pay period)

Medical, Prescription and Vision

Intelliforce-ITSG offers three plan options.  You may choose between one of two PPO plans or an HMO.  All three plans provide services such as medical, prescription, and vision benefits.

Health Savings Account(HSA) and Flexible Spending Account(FSA)

Intelliforce-ITSG offers a Flexible Spending Account(FSA) with the low deductible PPO Plan and HMO, and offers a Health Savings Account(HSA) with the high deductible PPO plan.  Intelliforce-ITSG also affords you the opportunity to save on your taxes by participating in our flexible spending account for dependent care expenses.

Dental Insurance

Intelliforce-ITSG offers employees Delta Dental Premier Plus dental insurance.  This plan offers a full range of services from preventive care to orthodontia coverage for dependent children.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance

Intelliforce-ITSG provides both short-term  and long-term disability insurance at no expense to the employee.  Additionally, Intelliforce-ITSG offers voluntary supplemental long-term disability insurance.

Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance and Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance

Intelliforce-ITSG provides one times salary up to a specified limit of Basic Life and AD&D insurance at no cost to the employee.  Voluntary supplemental Life Insurance for you, your spouse, and/or eligible dependents is available at an additional cost.

Lands End Corporate Apparel and Business Items

Intelliforce-ITSG gives each employee a stipend each year to be used toward apparel and business items that proudly endorse Intelliforce-ITSG by displaying our corporate logo.
